Summary
This study tests a new program that uses artificial intelligence, a mobile app, intermittent fasting, and resistance exercises to help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their blood sugar and overall health. Sixty adults with type 2 diabetes will be enrolled to see if this combined approach improves blood sugar control, physical fitness, and quality of life compared to standard care. The goal is to give people more effective tools for daily diabetes self-management.
