Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with type 2 diabetes that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to guide a program of intermittent fasting and resistance training. The AI monitors blood sugar, activity, and diet through a mobile app to help participants stay on track. The goal is to improve blood sugar control, physical fitness, and quality of life. The study involves 60 adults with type 2 diabetes who are not very active and have a BMI between 25 and 35.
