Summary
This study aims to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) system that can predict how well a patient's locally advanced stomach cancer will respond to standard chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy before they start treatment. Researchers will collect data from 2,000 patients receiving standard care and analyze their CT scans and tissue samples using AI. If successful, this tool could help doctors tailor treatment plans more effectively in the future, potentially avoiding ineffective therapies and unnecessary side effects.
