First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether an AI-driven peer-mentoring program can help healthy 12- to 25-year-olds eat better and move more, preventing obesity and heart disease. Participants will be split into three groups: AI-based mentoring, traditional peer-mentoring, or standard health education. Their diet, physical activity, and health markers will be tracked for one year to see which approach works best.
