First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether an artificial intelligence-assisted online mindfulness program can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in adults with mild emotional distress. About 550 participants will either use the AI mindfulness program for 49 days plus usual resources, or just usual resources alone. Researchers will track their symptoms, quality of life, and healthcare use for up to 2 years to see if the program helps.
