Summary

This study tests whether an artificial intelligence-assisted online mindfulness program can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in adults with mild emotional distress. About 550 participants will either use the 49-day AI-guided program plus usual resources, or just usual resources alone. Researchers will track their symptoms, quality of life, and healthcare use for up to 2 years to see if the program helps.
