AI-Powered Micro-Breaks: a new way to beat desk job aches?
NCT ID NCT07209553
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether an AI-powered app called Movebite, used with the Slack platform, could help 16 remote office workers take short, active breaks during the workday. The goal was to see if these micro-breaks could reduce muscle discomfort and improve feelings of energy and focus. Results focused on how usable and satisfying the app was, and whether it helped with well-being.
