Summary
This study compares an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven lifestyle program to standard lifestyle advice for people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The goal is to see if the AI approach helps more participants reduce liver fat by at least 30% over 12 months. The study will enroll 216 adults with NAFLD who are overweight or obese.
