First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence can create personalized stories to help adults reframe memories of childhood criticism. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce anxiety, fear of failure, and repetitive negative thoughts.
