First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether artificial intelligence can create personalized scripts that help people reframe memories of childhood criticism. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce anxiety, fear of failure, and repetitive negative thoughts.
