First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence can create personalized scripts that help people reframe memories of childhood criticism. Eighty adults with anxiety will listen to AI-generated scenarios based on their own memories, while researchers measure emotional and physical responses. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce anxiety, fear of failure, and repetitive negative thoughts.
