First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether playing specially designed AI-based video games can improve thinking skills and arm function in people who have had a stroke. Forty adults aged 45-60 who are at least six months post-stroke will participate. They will use a smartphone app for cognitive testing and an Xbox motion sensor to track arm movements, aiming to make recovery more engaging and effective.
