NCT ID NCT06315829
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
Infantile spasms are a serious seizure type that can harm development if not treated quickly, but they are often mistaken for normal movements. This study trained a computer program to tell the difference by analyzing videos taken by parents of 61 infants. The goal was to create a tool that helps doctors diagnose faster and more accurately, giving babies the best chance for healthy development.
