Summary
This study looks at whether artificial intelligence (AI) can detect a type of heart attack that standard tests often miss. Researchers will observe 1,500 adults with suspected acute coronary syndrome but no clear signs on their ECG. The goal is to see if AI can identify these hidden blockages and whether faster treatment reduces heart muscle damage.
