Summary
This study tests whether AI-powered fitness trackers and smartphone apps can help older adults (65+) who live alone and have mild memory problems become more physically active. Over 6 months, 64 participants will use a Fitbit and app to track activity and receive support. The goal is to find the best ways to encourage exercise and improve health in this group.
