First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized exercise program created by artificial intelligence can improve knee movement and reduce pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis. 147 adults with mild-to-moderate arthritis will be split into three groups: one using the AI system, one using standard paper exercise instructions, and one receiving usual care. The program lasts 6 weeks, and participants will be followed for 6 months to see how their joint function and quality of life change.
