Summary
This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can help doctors diagnose a certain type of heart attack (occlusion myocardial infarction) earlier in people with symptoms but unclear standard ECG results. About 500 adults will be randomly assigned to have their ECG read with AI help or by usual methods. The goal is to see if AI leads to faster treatment and smaller heart damage.
