Summary
This study tests whether adding artificial intelligence-driven virtual reality (VR) therapy to standard rehabilitation helps stroke patients recover arm movement better than standard therapy alone. The trial will include 50 adults recently hospitalized with a stroke who have arm weakness. Participants will either receive standard rehab plus AI-VR sessions or standard rehab alone, and their arm function will be measured at discharge and one month later.
