AI vs paper: which teaches cancer prevention better?

NCT ID NCT06682494

Summary

This study tests whether an AI-powered chatbot or traditional educational handouts are more effective at teaching people about oral cancer prevention. Researchers will work with 60 African American adults from the Richmond area, randomly assigning them to learn from either the chatbot or printed materials. The main goal is to see which method helps people learn and remember more about oral cancer risks, symptoms, and prevention strategies.
