Summary
This study will test whether using an AI chatbot like ChatGPT alongside regular therapy can help reduce symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder and major depression. Researchers plan to enroll 204 adults who are currently in individual therapy. Participants will use the chatbot as an extra tool, and their progress will be tracked with standard questionnaires.
