Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help doctors monitor surgical wounds remotely. Patients who have had certain spinal or pain management surgeries can choose to use the app to take photos of their wound and answer questions about it. The app's AI and a healthcare provider will review the information to check for signs of infection, aiming to catch problems early. The study will compare outcomes between patients who use the app and those who receive standard care.
