Summary
This study tested whether an artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced mobile app can help people with coronary heart disease better manage their health after leaving the hospital. About 1,100 participants either used the app or received usual care. The app provided reminders, tracking, and educational tips to help lower cholesterol and improve other health measures.
