Summary
This study aims to develop and test a smartphone app that uses machine learning to help family caregivers manage the challenging behaviors and psychological symptoms of their loved ones with dementia. It will enroll 500 family caregivers who provide significant weekly care and have a smartphone. The main goal is to see if the app can reduce caregiver stress and improve their mental health and sleep quality.
