Summary
This study aims to develop and test a smartphone app that uses machine learning to help family caregivers manage the challenging behaviors and psychological symptoms of their loved ones with dementia. It will enroll 500 caregivers to see if the app can reduce their stress, anxiety, depression, and improve their sleep and overall well-being. The goal is to provide practical, accessible support to those caring for someone with dementia at home.
