Summary
This pilot study tests whether a supplement called AHCC, made from cultured mushroom mycelia, can improve quality of life for ovarian cancer patients receiving standard chemotherapy. About 20 participants will take either AHCC or a placebo during their treatment. The main goal is to see if the study is feasible, not yet to prove effectiveness.
