Summary
This study tests a new drug called AHB-137 in healthy volunteers and people with chronic hepatitis B who are already on standard antiviral pills. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can lower the amount of virus in the body. About 129 participants will receive injections over several weeks to check for side effects and early signs of effectiveness.
