New injection aims to silence hepatitis b virus in patients on standard therapy

Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called AHB-137 in 20 adults with chronic hepatitis B who are already taking standard antiviral pills. The goal is to see if the injection can lower or eliminate hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and virus DNA in the blood, and improve the body's immune response against the virus. Participants will receive multiple doses of AHB-137 while continuing their usual antiviral medication.
