New bronchitis drug aims to ease cough and mucus faster

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called AG2001 in 300 adults with acute bronchitis. The goal is to see if it reduces cough and mucus better than existing treatments. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive AG2001 or another active drug, and symptom changes will be measured over a week.
