Summary
This early-phase trial tested an oral drug called AG-881 in 95 adults with advanced gliomas (a type of brain tumor) that have IDH1 or IDH2 gene mutations. The main goals were to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug slows tumor growth. Participants had tumors that worsened after standard treatments or other IDH-targeting therapies.
