Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing drugs, afatinib and prednisone, can help control advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer in people who have already tried other treatments. The goal is to see if this combination can slow the cancer's growth and extend life. The trial is for adults with this specific type of lung cancer who have not taken certain other medications before.
