NCT ID NCT04497584

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two existing drugs, afatinib and prednisone, can help control advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer in patients whose cancer has grown despite prior treatments. The goal is to see if this combination can slow the cancer's progression and is safe for patients. It is a small, early-phase trial for adults with this specific type of lung cancer who have not tried certain other medications.
