Summary
This study is for people with end-stage heart failure who need a total artificial heart while waiting for a heart transplant. The Aeson device is already approved in Europe, and this research confirms it works well in everyday hospital use. About 95 participants will be followed to see how many survive on the device and how their quality of life changes.
