Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week supervised aerobic exercise program can improve brain blood flow, thinking skills, and walking in people with Parkinson's disease. About 40 participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's will either do the exercise program or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if exercise can ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
