Summary
This study looked at whether 8 weeks of aerobic exercise can improve movement and walking in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 30 adults with MS were randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group. The exercise group showed significant improvements in walking distance and hand function compared to the control group, suggesting aerobic exercise may help manage MS symptoms.
