First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether aerobic dance exercises can improve symptoms and quality of life in women with fibromyalgia. Forty-four women were split into two groups: one did aerobic dance sessions led by a physiotherapist, and the other did standard postural exercises. Researchers measured pain, physical function, and overall well-being using questionnaires.
