Summary
This study follows advanced practice nurses in France to understand how they establish their roles in the healthcare system. Researchers will track 1600 nurses and nursing students over several years using surveys and interviews. The goal is to identify what helps or hinders these specialized nurses as they work to improve patient access to care.
