Endometriosis MRI study withdrawn before it began
NCT ID NCT06481982
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if newer MRI techniques could better detect endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, causing pain and scarring. The plan was to compare MRI results with standard ultrasound and laparoscopy. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no conclusions can be drawn.
