Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment approach for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery initially. First, patients receive a combination of targeted drugs and localized chemotherapy to shrink tumors. Then, for those whose tumors shrink enough, researchers will compare whether having surgery or continuing with drug therapy leads to better long-term outcomes.
