New strategy aims to turn inoperable liver cancer into treatable cases
NCT ID NCT07206511
Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery right away. First, patients receive a combination of treatments to shrink the tumors. If the tumors shrink enough, the study then compares two options: having surgery to remove what's left or continuing with medication. The goal is to see which approach helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
