Heart artery blockage study: which technique works better?

Summary
This study compares two methods to reopen completely blocked heart arteries in people with coronary artery disease. About 74 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two techniques to see which is faster, safer, and less stressful for doctors. The goal is to find the best approach for treating these difficult blockages.
