Summary
This study looks at how often the adrenal glands stop working properly after surgery in patients with primary aldosteronism (a cause of high blood pressure) who may also have extra cortisol production. About 521 adults who had one adrenal gland removed will be followed to see if their remaining gland can make enough cortisol. The goal is to understand who needs hormone replacement after surgery and how long recovery takes.
