First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests if a person's own fat cells, processed and injected into the fingers, can improve hand function in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). The trial will enroll 48 adults with hand stiffness and difficulty using their hands. Half will get the cell injections, and half will receive standard care. The main goal is to see if hand function improves after 24 weeks.
