Summary
This study tests whether a person's own fat-derived cells can improve hand function in systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). About 48 adults with hand stiffness will either get injections of these cells into their fingers or receive standard care. The main goal is to see if hand movement and daily tasks get better after 24 weeks.
