Summary
This study looked at whether giving cash to families and offering nutrition education can lower anemia rates in teenage girls (ages 15-19) in Pakistan. Over 2,100 girls and their mothers took part. The program provided weekly iron supplements and taught about healthy eating. The goal was to see if this approach improves nutrition and reduces anemia.
