First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving families in rural Congo a youth-friendly economic program (raising rabbits) and a gender equality course for parents can improve mental health in teens aged 10-14. Over 3,000 adolescents and their parents from 30 villages took part. The goal is to see if these combined approaches help teens feel better emotionally and economically.
