First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at how a new medicine, AZD4144, moves through and leaves the body. Eight healthy men aged 30-65 will receive a single dose either by mouth or injection. The drug is labeled with a tiny amount of carbon-14 so researchers can track it in blood, urine, and stool. The goal is to understand how the drug is broken down and eliminated, not to treat any disease.
