Brain training on top of meds may help ADHD patients with addiction

Summary
This study tests whether adding a cognitive remediation program (brain training) to standard ADHD medication (methylphenidate) helps adults with both ADHD and addiction. About 248 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the brain training, the other a control program. The goal is to see if the training improves daily functioning right after treatment and 6 months later.
