Summary
This study observes 1,200 women with adenomyosis to see how often they have a condition called central sensitization, where the nervous system becomes overly sensitive to pain. Researchers will track pain levels, risk factors, and how well treatments work over 6 to 12 months. The goal is to find better ways to predict and manage pain in these patients.
