Summary

This study tests a medicine called ademetionine in people with a heart condition that makes the heart muscle too thick, blocking blood flow. The goal is to see if it helps patients exercise better and feel less tired. About 44 adults will take either the medicine or a placebo for 16 weeks, and doctors will check their heart function and symptoms.
