New drug shows promise in halting small cell lung cancer progression

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug adebrelimab after standard chemotherapy and radiation can help keep limited-stage small cell lung cancer from growing back. About 200 adults with untreated cancer will receive either standard treatment alone or standard treatment followed by adebrelimab. The goal is to see if the drug extends the time before the cancer progresses.
