First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study is for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, a fast-growing type of lung cancer that has spread. The trial tests whether adding a low dose of radiation to a combination of immunotherapy (adebrelimab) and chemotherapy can help patients live longer. About 202 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not had prior treatment for this stage of cancer will take part. The main goal is to see if this approach improves overall survival.
